At Luxe Script, we want you to love your stationery and journaling products! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A return request must be submitted before sending the item back.
  • Clearance, sale, and personalized/custom items are non-returnable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at contact@luxescript.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

We will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at contact@luxescript.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions within 2-3 business days.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we begin processing and cannot guarantee changes.
